Returns Policy

If an item is damaged or faulty please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.  We will refund the return postage and will despatch a new item upon receipt of the goods to be replaced.

We will exchange or refund any item you are not completely satisfied with as long as the item is returned in its original condition within 7 days of you receiving that item.  We are not responsible for the cost of postage and packaging for the return of unwanted items.

You should always ask for proof of postage for any returned item as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit.
