What can I say THANK YOU doesn't seem quite good enough.  As you can guess the bags have arrived today and I am absolutely thrilled with them.  I missed the delivery but rang up and luckily the driver was still in the area so he came back.  So what with your excellent service and that of the delivery firm.  Well I'm over the moon.  I am now thinking about getting another bag for the smaller puppy panels.  I'll see how well these work first but will probably get back to you in the next month or say.  Once again THANK YOU to you and your team.  The bags are perfect for my needs and even better than I thought they would be.

Awning/Ground Sheet Bag

As you suggested these bags are ideal for Directors chairs and do the job excellently. The original bags we had from you many years ago are still going strong after lots of use. It’s good to see the new bags are of the same quality and we look forward to many years of service. We have our awning, poles, groundsheet, aqua roll, wastmaster, lafuma chairs all in heavy duty bags all now long serving and we would not be without them.

The padded bag is just the job for the flat screen Avtex TV /DVD combo its fits snugly inside and is easy to carry. The outside pocket for the leads and mains adaptor is fine although we personally will not use that as we keep leads separate, just our way of doing things, but the pocket may well get used for DVD’s. The carry handles are very sensible and when in use do not cause anything in the pocket to be pressed into the main bag. Delighted with padded bag and would recommend to anyone who needs such a bag.

Although when making purchases at shows is sometimes fraught by how busy the stall is, the staff always make time to ensure you have made the correct purchase for your requirements. I recently ordered a bag from you for my portable television and received the order in a most impressively prompt manner.

Unfortunately,  I ordered the wrong size and rang you to ask for help.  The person I spoke to was most courteous and helpful, asked me to return the wrong bag, whereupon you would contact me for payment of the difference and despatch a replacement.

This was again carried out without any delay and I have now received the replacement bag which is PERFECT!!!

Following Ian's advice (who doesn't!) in the Newsletter some time ago, to keep our trailer tyres covered from the sun, and off the grass, I used to cover them with dustbin bags. However, I decided, at the Birmingham Boat & Caravan show, to go a little upmarket and bought some tyre covers from Bags 4 Everything. I have been really pleased with these, and having torn my hitch/winch cover (which was too tight), I decided to order to have one made to measure by B4E. This duly arrived, but when I went to fit it I found it was some 20 cm too short, and for once my measurements were not to blame. I e-mailed them, the next afternoon I received a telephone call from them to say that they were very sorry, and that they HAD ALREADY made me another cover, that was in the post, and would I please return the smaller one, and they would refund postage. Need I say this one fitted perfectly.

So, I have no hesitation in recommending B4E to the group, both for excellent service, and excellent product at a reasonable price, and the willingness to say sorry and make immediate amends when something goes wrong. That doesn't happen too often these days.
